I hope that you all had a great weekend and enjoyed some time with family and friends. Here at Harvest for Kids we’re just itching to see some action out on the fields. It won’t be too long now until the farmers are out in full force seeding their fields and the excitement will really begin to grow for our big harvest. We are currently working hard to get our seed together and ready to be put in the ground.

As always ideas are flying around the office here about how we can make Harvest for Kids a good day for everyone, as well as a successful fundraiser and send as many kids to camp as possible. In regards to both of those things, we had an idea to have “Buddy Seats” in a few of the combines where you could sponsor a certain amount and have the chance to ride along and actually be in the Harvest for Kids.
My question to all of you is, how much would you be willing to donate in order to ride along in a combine? We also have some live music tentatively lined up for the event, so my second question today would be, what kind of music do you listen to?
