What a great day in Northwood, North Dakota!

On October 22nd, people gathered to watch the corn harvest take place. All proceeds from the corn crop as well as some other crops were designated to sending kids to camp. Harvest for Kids partnered with FaHoCha Bible Camp, Cooperstown Bible Camp, Park River Bible Camp and kids across the world with Children’s Camps International.

Growing conditions were not the greatest this year in the Northwood area as heavy rains put a lot of stress on the crops. However, we were blessed to have a yield of 120 bushels per acre on our corn field.

High Valley was able to be a part of the actual harvest on the field and later on provided a concert at the evening celebration.

God bless these camps, the kids, and the future of Harvest for Kids in North Dakota.
